[1981] Nash opens for The Who, The Police, Human League, Gentle Giant, Pere Ubu, Ultravox, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Cramps, plus many more. [1982] North American tour with Iggy Pop. [1984] LP "American Bandages" has dance hit "1984". [1985] Re-forms FM for touring and 2 more LPs. [1987] Stops performing live to concentrate on film scores, two of them being cult classics "Roadkill" and "Highway 61", both directed by Bruce McDonald. [1995] Resumes performing live with all-instrumental art show featuring big-screen visuals. [1997] Cut-Throat releases "Blind Windows", a CD compilation of first two Nash LPs. [1998] Nash opens for The Medaeval Baebes. In July of 1999 Nash released "Thrash", a CD of all-new material. There were rave reviews from College Radio and the CD reached the top ten on many charts. 2000 was the year of the vampire. In January, Nash began composing the score to the silent film classic "NOSFERATU". Nash performs the world premier at the Grand Theatre (Toronto) in July. For Hallowe'en 2000, Cut-Throat released on CD the classic Nash LP "Children of the Night" with six bonus tracks. By January 2001, Nash began to master the CD of the soundtrack to "Nosferatu". The release date will be April 2001. Nashtheslash.com has allowed Nash to reach his audience throughout the world. Nash continues to tour. There is no easy definition as to what Nash the Slash is all about. It could be "Thrash", "Nosferatu", "Bombardiers", or any one of his many unique presentations.
