Velvet Underwear(electro)

Born in 2002 after a digital encounter between Yeti Popstar and Lizzie Stardust, velvet underwear is somewhere between no-fi electro and bubblegum pop. They assimilate minimalism and glamour in an ironic and spontaneous way. In 2003, the retro-electro duo releases the pink "jet set ep" on the belgian DIY label prejudice production. The main track "jet set" quickly becomes an underground electro classic. In early 2004 they make their stage debut and many other gigs follow. Sometimes they perform alone sometimes with the mysterious Jeff Jazz, a kind of british cowboy who has an unlimited admiration for tom cruise and the FC liverpool.
