Sonny was studying in mechanics engineering and was on his way to graduate when he left to do something kind of music. He said that humans are machines and that he wanted to work on another kind of mechanics. In April 2000, Sonny did a major car crash and multiple complexes fractures occurred on the right side of the skull. His future as singer was uncertain but he got an excellent plastic surgeon who fixed him with 21 screws and 4 inches of stainless steel strips.
