Howdy! is the name of a group formed by 5 musicians, each endowed with remarkable talents. Sean Hancock in mandolin/vox; David Nanstad in guitar/harmonica/vox; Aspen Stevenson in upright bass/vox; Chris Erbacher in banjo/pedal steel; and PJ Medina in drums/percussion. Howdy! creates music that I difficult to categorize but the tasteful blending of sounds from acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo, and pedal steel the lively beat of jungle drums and upright bass can make anyone dance.
R.D. Foster is a Texas-based songwriter and humorist, and also known for his avant gard style of country music. Raydeo X is a compilation of an hour-length musical comedy. Its bawdy sense of humor is intended for adult listeners and who are not easily offended. Raydeo X contains 26 original songs, outrageously funny commercials, station breaks, public service announcements, xxx-treme sports, and a dj.
Codie Prevost grew up with nature and music, courtesy of his father and mother respectively. Codie was 8 years old when he discovered an inclination to music. He played his mother's acoustic guitar when he was in high school and almost formed a band with classmates. 2 years later, Codie bought his first acoustic guitar but attended and finished college instead of pursuing a musical career. Barnard & Brohm is a duo, with its two members living in different cities. Warren Barnard grew up in Owen Sound, Ontario and started his musical journey at the age of 16 by joining various singing contests. Ian Brohm originated from Haliburton, Ontario and got influenced by life itself when writing songs. Ian had spent years of performing with local bands. Both Barnard and Brohm are passionate singers and songwriters.
The youngest in six children, Lory Lynn was born in Gardena, California. Lory grew up with a musician father. At 12 years, after the death of her father, Lory`s family relocated to Carmel Valley, California. She met guitarist John England and became her inspiration while pursuing a musical career. Together, they performed with one of the hottest band in 10 years. When John was killed by a hit-and-run accident, Lory Lynn stayed on the musical scene and released her debut CD, entitled `The Life`.
